Beff and Deg

We had alot of fun with Beth and Greg although Alan and I felt like completely lame hosts. At least they don't mind us just sitting around and looking at each other.






Abra was sad to see them go and today she decided that we should "go Beff and Deg's house."

4 months this week!

Neiv will be 4 months on Wednesday! I'm so excited that Beth and Greg will be here to celebrate (we'll eat some blue bell in her honor...). The good news is that I think - knock on wood- that she is coming out of her difficult stage. We have had less screaming the last few nights and longer stretches without waking. This is what is supposed to happen as you get closer to 4 months according to people in the know. I hope they are right.

She is still the cutest baby I've seen yet.

Little Diva

Not sure where she got this but when Abra plays outside, she always manages to find her sunglasses and then tries to rest them on the top of her head. This day she also walked around with the broken hose sprayer b/c she couldn't quite figure out what to make of it. :-)

Ice Cream Cone

Abra is always talking about ice cream cones - not because she had ever had one before today but she has pictures of them in her books and remembers what ice cream tastes like from her birthday.













Today I saw that Mcdonalds had a sign out for
$.29 cones and I said, "why not let the girl live
a little?" She certainly enjoyed it...
